Biography of Scott Anderson

A little about me....  As a child born and raised in the lower mainland I would regularly spend hours watching the workers building houses in the area where I grew up. Fascinated with the process of building houses at a very young age was a prelude to my future career as a custom home builder. As a young man I managed to get a job at a family owned construction company called Bosa Properties. The position was an entry level one but I was just happy to be on the crew. I worked hard and over several years I was promoted to manager responsible for several job sites simultaneously. I have had the privilege of learning the business from the ground up with Bosa for over 20 years, from shovelling Concrete to superintendent in charge of the building of the New Surrey Civic Centre/ City hall.  Over the years working with Bosa Properties, I learnt the value of doing things right the first time and having people associate good quality with your name in the industry. Working on major projects and being involved with the construction process from the foundation to finishing touches has been invaluable to my career. I have learned the difference between just doing a job, and doing a job better than everyone else. A few years ago I felt the need to expand my career further and put to use the invaluable experience gained over the years at Bosa. I took the opportunity to start a new company called Anderson Properties Ltd in 2014 with the goal of building some of the best quality custom homes ever built in the Lower Mainland.  I can say with pride today we are doing just that!  Anderson Properties Ltd specializes in quality custom homes and condominiums.
